What If Metropolis, Final Building Concept Thumbnails (Please Give Feedback !)

Here are my final concept designs for the centre piece building of my final piece, please chose which ever one (or more than one) you like the most considering my artist, the theme of the city and overall eye catching capabilities. The theme i'm going for is 50's suburbia (think Edward Scissorhands)

Please focus on the shape and design of the buildings rather than the colours, once I know which one I will be doing I will then do a colour test sheet of that design for final feedback later on.

    My favourite is 5 but I think thats just becasue it looks like a narwahl to me, but besides that I think 7, 11, 13 and 21 work really well in terms of shape because theyre not too altered from standard building shapes to look like birds. (Not too contrived) Also I think 12 works well and can imagine glass roof or something, that might just be me always thinking about glass domes since last project though.

      You know the more I look at 5 the less it looks like a king fisher and more like a water dwelling sea mammal unicorn thing...

    Really nice abstract designs! I do prefer the second page as they seem more evolved.

      Thanks! yeah I agree, after going more minimal at first I thought I'd go for more developed ones on the next page.

    Yo! 9, 11, 13, 14, 19 and 21 are the most interesting of the bunch in terms of shape. Keep at it bud! There's a lot of potential in what you can do with these :)

    Hey Brad - I like these a lot - the second sheet of thumbnails are great - 13, 14, 19, 20 stand out as both architectural and also 'bird'.

    Nice work Brad. I like 11 the best, there are some nice similarities to your 50's influence map. 13 and 19 are pretty cool too.
